Volunteering with the RHC, means volunteering for the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RI DEM). As such, there are some procedures and protocols we all must abide by. Whether you are interested in volunteering for a lift or to count some fish, this page has all your volunteer resources.
Volunteering with us, means volunteering for the RI DEM! Please fill, sign and submit the Volunteer Release Waiver.
After counting fish, Volunteers will have the option of two data entry collection methods. Volunteers can either utilize their own paper RI DEM data sheet (which will be circulated after attending a training) or enter the data via the RI DEM link below.
